Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sustainable Leadership Studio website and the purchase or booking of services offered through it.

Sustainable Leadership Studio is operated by Louie Judd, trading as Sustainable Leadership Studio, in the United Kingdom.

By using this website, booking a service or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
Sustainable Leadership Studio provides services including coaching, leadership development, organisational consultancy, workshops, resources and related professional services.
The specific scope, format and terms of organisational or consultancy work may be agreed separately with the client through a proposal, contract or statement of work.
Coaching clients may also be asked to agree to a separate Coaching Agreement before coaching begins. Where specific terms in a signed agreement differ from these general website terms, the terms of the specific agreement will apply to that service.

2. Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative developmental process intended to support reflection, learning, decision-making and personal or professional development.
Coaching does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice or any other regulated professional service.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes arising from coaching.
No particular result or outcome from coaching can be guaranteed.

3. Bookings and payment
Prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required when booking a session or purchasing a coaching package.
A booking is confirmed once the booking process has been completed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Any discounts, promotional codes or special rates are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and may be withdrawn or changed for future bookings.

4. Coaching packages
Where a client purchases a package containing multiple coaching sessions, the package is for use by the person for whom it was purchased unless otherwise agreed.
Any validity period or other conditions attached to a package will be displayed when it is purchased or communicated to the client.
Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be moved to an alternative available appointment without charge.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where the client does not attend, will be treated as used and will not be refundable. Where the session forms part of a coaching package, the session will be deducted from the client's remaining sessions.
If Sustainable Leadership Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative appointment or, where appropriate, a refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Chemistry calls
Complimentary chemistry or introductory calls are intended to allow both coach and prospective client to explore whether working together is appropriate.
Attending a chemistry call does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a coaching relationship.
Sustainable Leadership Studio reserves the right to decline a coaching engagement where the service is not considered appropriate for the prospective client's needs.

7. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will generally be treated as confidential, subject to the terms and limitations set out in the Coaching Agreement and any applicable legal or professional obligations.
Where services are commissioned by an organisation on behalf of an individual, confidentiality arrangements and the boundaries of information shared with the sponsoring organisation will be agreed before coaching begins.
